Update on Glascote Bottom Lock.

In a previous post I mentioned about that Glascote Bottom Lock being slow to fill and thought it maybe a paddle problem. I sent in a report to the CRT and got a prompt reply.

They are aware of the problem and it is not a broken paddle, it is a blockage, which they will be sorting out on the 16th May when they will have a pump available to do the unblocking.

Thank you to the CRT for getting back to me.
