The deliveries must go on
The deliveries must go on. Mark Boardman on his working boat Dusty has made it into the Oxford Mail. Mark has been delivering coal and diesel through this cold snap. He was ploughing through 3" of ice to reach his customers, who I know were very grateful for his help. Mark is one of the nicest people you could ever meet and I know he does his utmost to reach everyone.
