Another legend has left us.

Eric Sykes a true comedy legend has died at the age of 89. News.

I loved his performance in the film "The Bargee" and he never failed to make us laugh. I am sure he is now up there with all the other comedians having a right old giggle. May he rest in peace.

  1. Hi Jo, just watched The Bargee on YouTube after you mentioned it. I remember it from my youth, but couldn't remember the title until now. Hilarious, with 60's canal life images thrown in.

  2. Hi Peter and Margaret. I love the Bargee, it is also great to recognise the places on the canal, although many of them are out on context. We have it on DVD.
