It has just been announced that David Suchet, Miranda Krestovnikoff, John Craven and Timothy West have all agreed to become the first ‘Friends’ of the Canal & River Trust!

As we all now know HRH Prince Charles is the patron.
We will be taking part in the launch of the C&RT on Thursday 12th July, so watch this space. We have been asked, if we will allow our boat to take part in the celebrations, which I feel is an honour. If I get the chance I will take photographs. I am not sure what is going to happen yet, as we were only asked yesterday. This means our Liverpool plan is going to be slightly behind, just as well we have not booked our passage yet ;0)
